Open Door Community Outreach Center is embarking on the construction of a CHPS Compound Project at Atibie Nkwanta, a community in the Kwahu West Municipality. This project is designed to improve access to healthcare services for residents of Atibie Nkwanta and over 10 surrounding villages.

Through the collaboration of the chief and community members, land has been generously provided for the project. In addition, two boreholes have already been constructed—one to serve the community and the other dedicated to supporting the future CHPS compound.

Construction is underway, and we have already produced 2,000 blocks toward this important initiative. However, we still need financial and material support to successfully complete the project.

This CHPS compound will bring quality healthcare closer to families, reduce travel burdens for medical attention, and improve the overall well-being of communities in the area.
